Shipping Policy

Delivery: All parcels are reinforced with tape around the edges, weak packed products are boxed in different size boxes. Parcels are insured at no cost to customers, but we need you cooperation in the event if the parcel you received is damaged or extensively ripped, you must clearly accept the parcel but sign as parcel damaged also try to explain if there is an option on the paperwork or the screen of the signature machine provided by the delivery driver. Don't forget we need to know this as soon as conveniently possible.

Damaged Parcels

When you awaiting your parcel to arrive, please check the parcel externally for any damages that may have been caused in transit. In the event of a damaged parcel you must sign as unchecked damaged parcel, this is for insurance reasons that will benefit you and us. , if you fail to check your parcel externally any claims of transit damage will take longer to investigate than normal. You must accept the parcel and contact us as soon as conveniently possible. Please check your parcel(s) on delivery, externally and internally and report any damage(s) to us within 5 days. Failure to report damage(s) within this time period may result in chargeable replacement or spare parts.

 

 Re-delivery

If you are not available to accept delivery when the courier arrives, they normally attempt to deliver your parcel to a neighbour. If you do not want your parcel left with a neighbour, please note that when you order your item. Otherwise, you can rearrange delivery with the courier by tracking your order, once you receive your tracking details. If the courier is unable to deliver to the shipping address provided, they will leave a calling card with details of further instruction for you. Re-delivery is usually attempted the following working day. If the courier attempted delivery twice unsuccessfully, you will be required to collect your order from your local depot. If you fail to collect your order, it will be returned to our warehouse. If you refuse delivery or fail to respond to the calling card left by the courier, it will also be returned to our warehouse. When an order is returned to our warehouse due to any of the above-mentioned reasons, a return shipping cost is payable (as charged by the courier). We will wait for you to contact us and confirm how you wish to proceed before processing any refund.

 

Incorrect Delivery Address

If you provide an incorrect delivery address, please contact us immediately, so that it can be changed. We cannot be held responsible for any loss that may be incurred as a result of the provision of an incorrect delivery address.
